Returns & Exchanges

At Calzuro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional footwear; if your clogs aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original Calzuro box and secure it inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at a designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
